Have you always wanted to learn more about nutrition and how to eat properly for your body? Do you get confused about all the nutrition info online and want the information streamlined to fit your needs? This program can help you do that!
Navigating Nutrition is a series of five-week online nutrition classes and support group. Each week you will learn a key principle in functional nutrition. Topics range from managing stress eating, understanding macronutrients, to learning how to improve digestion. Together we will create customized practical applications to meet your health goals. Navigating Nutrition is aimed to empowered you to make smart, easy, and healthy food choices. You can take just one class, a mix of classes or all 5 classes depending on your interests.
The course will include food/lifestyle tracking and accountability.
Meet together on Zoom Thursdays at 6pm-7pm.
Feb 4 - Week 1- Macronutrients/ Portion/ Explanations of different diets
Feb 11 - Week 2 - Digesting/ What's going on and how to improve it
Feb 18th - Week 3 - Blood Sugar + Emotional Eating
Feb 25th - Week 4 - How to Grocery Shop/ Reading Labels/ Meal Planning
March 4 - Week 5 - Hydration/ Sleep + Stress + Exercise
$60 a class or $215 for all 5 weeks of this online nutrition course and support group.
